Jack Ryan

President

Jack Ryan has been with LTech since 2008, when he came on board to deliver operations for cloud deployments. Jack now runs all operations, including Sales and Customer Support. Jack helped create LTech’s Google Apps Reseller and Pilot Integration programs, and has managed LTech’s delivery team through many successful implementations. Prior to LTech, Jack served as the Director of Product Management and Development at BioSpace, the leading online community for life science careers, news and other resources.

Russ Young

Executive Vice President

Russ Young specializes in creating and executing strategic business initiatives, as well as administering innovative IT solutions for Amazon Web Services and Google’s suites of enterprise offerings. In addition to growing these core business areas, Russ is also building LTech’s practices for solutions such as X1 Discovery, RunMyProcess and related products that help businesses utilize the cloud to best advantage. Russ was previously instrumental in the growth at The Bretton Woods Company, BioSpace, and GetTheJob and earned his B.A. degree in Biology at DePauw University.

Eric Klotzko

Vice President of Technology

Eric Klotzko has been working with LTech since 2007, developing integration solutions and managing deployments for cloud implementations of all shapes and sizes. Currently, Eric oversees the Software Engineering and Cloud practices within LTech. Eric also manages the Professional Services arm for LTech while acting as team lead for all consultative technology projects. Prior to LTech, Eric founded and managed Klotnet Software for over a decade – a boutique software engineering company that provided white glove development services to a wide spectrum of industries.

Chad Hensler

Vice President of Sales

After four years of successfully exceeding sales quotas, securing competitive advantages, and motivating his sales teams, Chad was recently promoted from Director of Sales to Vice President of Sales. With over 15 years of sales and leadership experience in internet technologies, Chad has held Vice President of Business Development positions at BioSpace, Careeer Innovations, and American Youth Enterprise prior to joining LTech.

Susan Metz

Director of Marketing

One of the leading Google Apps Trainers in North America, Susan Metz has worked on hundreds of enterprise, educational and non-profit Google Apps deployments. Before Susan joined LTech in October 2011, she worked at Google where she was responsible for developing the original eLearning material for Enterprise Google Apps clients.

Bryan Rygiel

Google Apps Deployment Engineer/Project Manager

The second person in the world to become a Google Certified Deployment Specialist, Bryan Rygiel has been a Google Apps Deployment Engineer/Project Manager for LTech since April of 2010. In addition to passing the Google Apps Certified Deployment Specialist exam, Bryan has also earned his ITIL v2/v3 Foundations Certifications, PMI’s PMP certification, and various Lotus Notes/Domino certifications from R3 through R6.

After graduating summa cum laude from DeSales University in 2007, Bryan proceeded to earn his MBA from Lehigh University in January of 2010. His resume includes IT work at companies such as AT&T, Ernst & Young, Siemens, Chase Manhattan Bank, and BASF. In addition to migrating legacy Lotus Notes/Domino clients to Google Apps for LTech, Bryan also teaches undergraduate classes at DeSales University and Penn State University at night.

Jason Etter

Director of Sales / Sales Engineer

Jason has been working for LTech since March of 2011. In addition to Directing the sales team and acting as the lead Sales Engineer on multiple projects, he is also enrolled at La Salle University working on his Masters Degree in Information Technology Leadership and is a member of the National Golden Key Honor Society.

In addition to technology, a great deal of Jason’s career has been spent in the Arts as a playwright and director. At Lycoming College he Graduated with Departmental Honors in 2003. He was fortunate enough to be awarded in the American College Theatre Festival his Junior and Senior years. Additionally, Jason was a co-writer and producer for the American short film Buffalo Dreams which was showcased at the Woodstock film festival in 2006.
